Not funny, but it's true! Don't understand what's going on. The federal government of Nigeria have been unable to pay many corpers serving in various states of the country under the National Youth Service Corps programme their monthly N19, 800 (naira) allowee since March. Is the country really broke like the minister of finance, Mrs Ngozi Okonjo Iweala said a while back?
